Fenix Ammunition's processed brass undergoes a multi-stage process far beyond what the average hobbyist reloader can achieve by using industrial-grade equipment, and the same strict quality process we use for our own ammunition products. 

Each and every piece is pressure-tested during processing to eliminate cracked/split cases; we also remove stepped wall cases which have the tendency to produce case head separation failures.
